Richard Lee Williams, Jr.
December 4, 1947 ~ July 20, 2019

Mr. Richard L. Williams, Jr., formerly of Petersburg, departed this life July 20th, in Lawton, OK, where he resided for the last 20 years,

Richard attended Peabody High School and was a member of Zion Baptist Church, Petersburg.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard, Sr., and Mamie B. Williams; his wife, Valarie Williams; and brother, Juaning A. Williams, Sr.

He leaves to cherish in his memories; three children, Kevin Seaborne, Kim Gordon, and Richard L. Williams, III (Marquise); three sisters, his twin, Amanda Bowens (Neal), Pacing Williams Dugger (Lee), and Betty Williams-Hardy; two brothers, one very devoted, Reginald B, Williams, and Jonathan Williams (Grace), and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
