Lisa (Cox) Williams

March 1, 1963 ~ December 9, 2017 (age 54)

Lisa Williams was born March 1, 1963 in Louisville, Kentucky to Helen and James Cox. She passed away December 9, 2017 at Burns Flat, Oklahoma at the age of 54 years9 months and 8 days.

As a young child Lisa moved with her family to various locations. At the age of 15 she was married Albert Williams, Sr. on February 14, 1979 at Willow Springs, Missouri. After their marriage they moved between Missouri and Illinois where they raised their family until settling in Oklahoma in 1995 and eventually in Elk City in 2008. Lisa was a homemaker and also was a CNA and enjoyed caring for her family and people in the community. She also enjoyed working with wood, decorating, photography and traveling.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her 5 children, Tonia Fink and husband, Brian, Blanchard, OK, Carrie Mestanza and husband Omar, Tuttle, OK, Elizabeth Williams, Oklahoma City, OK, AJ Williams and Fiancé, Amber Pahcoddy, Burns Flat, OK and Gary Williams and wife, Alisha, Burns Flat, OK; 13 grandchildren; 1 brother, James Cox, Vandalia, IL; 1 sister, Pamela Thompson, Vernon, IL and a host of other relatives and friends.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
