Joseph Abraham Williams

June 6, 1936 ~ March 27, 2009

Joseph Abraham Williams, the son of Fred Williams, was born June 6, 1936, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma and departed this life March 27, 2009, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 72 years, 9 months and 21 days.

Joseph married Brenda Letherman in Tulsa, Oklahoma on April 17, 1990. He worked several years for Greenleaf Nursery as a landscaper and enjoyed gardening, hunting and reading the Bible. Joseph was a member of Rocky Mountain Bible Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Williams and one brother, James Williams. Those left to mourn his passing are his wife, Brenda Letherman, of Bunch and his Rocky Mountain Community surrogate brothers and sisters.

Memorial services were held 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2009, at Rocky Mountain Bible Church with Bro. Rob Matlack officiating. Final arrangements were entrusted to Hart Funeral Home.
