Edith Virginia (Miller) Williams

December 30, 1915 ~ December 7, 2004

Services: Fri., Dec. 17, 10 a.m.

Services will be held at Calvary Bible Church in the Few Chapel, 48 Manor Dr., for Edith Virginia Williams, 88, who passed away December 7, 2004. Pastor Doug Davis will officiate. Viewing will be on Thursday, December 16, from 12:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Mortuary, 3700 River Blvd. and Friday, December 17, at 9:00 a.m. at Calvary Bible Church in the Few Chapel.

Mrs. Williams was born on December 30, 1915, in Ninnekah, Oklahoma and resided in Kern County for 40 years. She worked as an assembler for 18 years with Boeing in San Diego during and after World War II.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edgar Williams in 1999, they had been married for over 55 years. She is survived by her brothers, Bill Miller of Fort Worth, Texas and Tom Miller of Texas and many nieces & nephews. Mrs. Williams loved children.
