David D "Daffy" Williams
November 24, 1958 ~ January 1, 2021

My daddy was known to most of ya’ll as “Daffy”, “Uncle Daffy”, Daddy, brother, friend or just some friendly man you met in the store. Yet you ever seen or met my daddy you would never forget him! He was one of a kind. He was one of the sweetest, kindhearted, big hearted person you’d ever met. He never knew a stranger. Whether he met you once or twice, you had a friend, a daddy, a uncle or a brother for life.

My daddy loved to bake, everyone knew around Thanksgiving or Christmas you could always call Daffy and get one of his famous pecan or coconut cream pies. My favorite was his sweetpotato pie. My daddy was a truckdriver for 13 years. He drove all over the 50 states. He has countless kids that call him dad as they were his own whom he loved dearly. Daddy was proud of each and every one of his kids and grandkids, unless you count fishing and a good ole BBQ, then we are funning a close race. My daddy was an awesome man and words could never describe what a wonderful dad and grandpa he was. Fly high daddy you are loved by many and you’ll be greatly missed. I love you, we all love you.

My daddy leaves behind six children Kimberly Tucker and husband Kendrick of Durant, Johnathan Williams and spouse Harley Childres of Mead, Garlan Wilson and wife Julie of Tishomingo, Amber Landa and spouse Eric of Tulsa, Nashoba Williams and spouse, Misty of Durant, Sharmaine Lynn Glove and spouse Troy of Durant, two sisters Phyllis Williams of Tishomingo, Patsy Nash of Tulsa, three brothers Billy Williams in Texas, Larry Williams of Tulsa and Geno Williams of Pennsylvania and countless other children, nieces and nephews.
