Bobbie Lee (Brabits) Williams

March 20, 1937 ~ March 17, 2003

Bobbie Lee Williams, 65, of Duncan died Monday, March 17, 2003, in Oklahoma City.

Memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in New Hope Baptist Church West with the Rev. Randy Southerland officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Bobbie was born March 20, 1937, in Duncan to James F. and Leona Bell Dockall Brabits. She married Daniel Ray Williams on Dec. 7, 1956, in Wichita Falls.

She graduated from Empire High School and worked for Halliburton Services for 38 years in engineering, retiring in 1994.

She was a lady with a beautiful smile.

Survivors include her husband, Dan, of the home; a brother, Jerry Dockal and his wife, Vivian, of Texas; a sister, Dora Ann Pittman and her husband, Bill, of Duncan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, James F. Brabits Jr., and a half-brother, Ernest Paul Doye.
