Cynthia Lucille Willard, age 62, passed away October 13, 2023, with family by her side. She entered this life July 18, 1961, the daughter of Ivan and Rosella (Wadsworth) Parker in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Cynthia was united in marriage March 20, 1983, to John Henry Willard.
With a giant heart, Cynthia dedicated many years as a director for W.I.C. in Oklahoma, working with the Osage Nation and Boys and Girls Club writing grants, and welcoming many foster children into her home. She loved traveling, playing softball, making jokes, and having a wonderful time. Cynthia and John were supporters of local car clubs, little leagues, and Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts of America. Her family and grandchildren meant the world to her. The memories and moments created throughout her life will be cherished by the many family and friends who knew her.
Cynthia is survived by her sons: Glane Willard, Jache Willard, Taven (Bree) Willard, Kodie Willard, Steven (Elizabeth) Cronk, Jonny Chase, and Jaben (Kami Douglas) Tinsley; daughters: Dejah Willard and Nicole (Billy) Miller; thirteen grandchildren; mother, Rosella Parker; brother Clifford Joe (Kathy) Parker; sister, Tonya (Charles) Armant; cousin and best friend, Susanne Wadsworth; as well as many numerous nieces, nephews, and foster children.
She is preceded in death by her husband of forty years, John Henry Willard; daughter, Tabby Willard; father, Ivan Parker; stepfather, Gerald Guffey; maternal grandparents: Joe and Lou Wadsworth; paternal grandparents: Jess and Marie Parker; great-grandmother, Margaret Reeves; as well as many aunts and uncles.
There will be a Celebration of life held on Saturday October 28th 10:00 AM at Pawhuska Church of God 814 Est 9th St. Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.
