Dorothy Wilks

???? ~ May 2, 1999 | Age 74

OILTON - Dorothy Wilks, 74, died Sunday, May 2, 1999, at Lubbock. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Main Street Church of Christ with Rick Harper and Reydon Stanford officiating. Burial will be in Olton Cemetery by Foskey-Lilley-McGill Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wilks was born in Tuskahoma, Okla., and moved to Olton in 1958 from Denton. She was a homemaker. She married Bryl Wilks in 1967 at Olton.

She was preceded in death by a son, Larry Digby, in 1990.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Ronnie Digby of Olton, and Troy Digby of Lawton, Okla.; two daughters, Dottie Brant of Hollister, Mo., and Donna Burnett of Burleson; a stepdaughter, Gwendolyn Smith of Branson, Mo.; two half sisters, Mary Jo Davenport and Louise Flynn, both of Paris, Texas; two half brothers, Jack Flynn and Billy Flynn, both of Paris; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be to Olton Volunteer Ambulance Association, P.O. Drawer Q, Olton, TX 79064.
