Wilkins, Bill J. (Billy Joe), 55 of Nicoma Park died January 29th, 2014 in Nicoma Park. He was born on February 21st, 1958 in Paris, France to Byron Keith and Tina Louise Wilkins.
Bill enjoyed working in the yard, spending time with his large family, playing with his Grandkids, loved fishing, enjoyed decorating, loved all kinds of flowers and birds. The birds never went hungry with Bill around.
Survived by; His devoted and loving husband of 20 years, Lee Hill. His Brothers, Sisters, Daughters, Son-in-laws, Grandkids, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Co-Workers and Neighbors will truly miss his beautiful soul.
