Shimako (Kenmotsu) Wiley
November 25, 1927 ~ April 2, 2017

Shimako Wiley, Meeker, Oklahoma, resident, was born November 25, 1927, in Oshima, Kawasaki Japan, and departed this life April 2, 2017, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, at the age of 89 years.

Shimako was the daughter of Wakamatsu and Kichi Kenmotsu. She married Lloyd Armstrong May of 1951, he passed away in 1968. In 1980 she married Leo Wiley. Shimako was a homemaker, and member of the First Baptist Church in Meeker.

Her parents, husbands, one daughter, JoAnn; two brothers, and one sister preceded Shimako in death.

Survivors include, two daughters, Barbara Armstrong Devore of Harrah, Oklahoma, and Mary Ann Jackson of Ardmore, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, Lindsay, Jami, Blake, Johnny, Lloyd, and Tamara; twelve great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 8, 2017, at the First Baptist Church, in Meeker, Oklahoma, with Rev. Joe Jones and Tom Park officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
