Memorial services for Karen Lea (Vetters) Widowski, 61, of Skiatook, OK, were held Monday, November 8, 2021, at Skiatook Christian Church in Skiatook, OK. Pastor Trey Harper officiated.
Karen was born August 9, 1960, in Bartlesville, OK, to Charles Vetters and JoAnn (Thomas) Ford. She passed away November 2, 2021, in Tulsa, OK.
Karen loved to go camping and fishing. She enjoyed playing ball and tug a war with her baby Indica Ann and loved to draw and do anything arts and crafts. She loved having family get-togethers and enjoyed any and all holidays. Karen loved to cook, so when the holidays came around, she always said that it gave her excuse to have people over so she could cook dinner for them.
She is survived by her husband, David Widowski; daughters, Mandy and husband, Robert, Amy and husband, Jeff, and Teri and husband, Nolan; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Charlie and wife, Cassie, and their boys; and many other relatives and friends that knew her as Mom, Mawmaw and friend.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Vetters and mother, JoAnn Ford and husband, John.
Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
