Jordan Adrian Wicks, resident of Oklahoma City, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026. He was 20 years old.
Jordan was born in Oklahoma City on November 28, 2005 to Kristy and Harold Wicks. He grew up in Shawnee with some of his favorite people, his brother Jalen, his Aunt Keely, and his Nana and Poppy. Jordan had an energy for life and a smile and voice that lit up every room. In his brother's words, he had a way of making everyone in the room feel important and was 'unapologetically himself'. He will always be known for his caring heart and sweet soul. Growing up, Jordan was an athlete with natural talent. He enjoyed playing basketball and football. If he and his brother weren't outside playing and running around the neighborhood, they were often inside playing Fortnite on their PS5. As he got older, he became a shoe fanatic and generally spent his Wal-Mart paycheck on a new pair of kicks. Jordan was blessed with family and friends who loved him through thick and thin, including his dog, Max.
Jordan's passing left a void in the lives of those who loved and cared for him. God made only one Jordan Wicks, and his impact on his family and friends will never be forgotten.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents and dog, Sheena.
Those left to cherish his memory are his Mom, Kristy Wicks; Dad, Harold Wicks; Brothers, Jalen Wicks & Raequan Wicks & wife, Ellie; Sister, Jada Walker & husband, Jaelon; Poppy & Nana, Larry & Lisa Pendleton; Papa & Grandma, Pete & Gale Humphrey; Papa & Grammy, Glenn & Teresa Wicks; Aunt Keely Humphrey & fiancé, Brent; Uncle Rusty Humphrey & wife, Sarah; Uncle Brad Pendleton & partner, Tina; Uncle Brent Pendleton; Uncle Brandon Wicks & wife, Melissa; Aunt Taylor Wicks; Cousins, Avery, Harper & William "Will" Humphrey; Rip & Rhett Pendleton; Jaelon "JJ", Jasiah & Jrue Walker; Myles Wicks; Teagan & Aubree Wicks; extended family members; and his faithful dog, Max.
