MYRA "DOLL" WHITEBUFFALO, daughter of John James and Etta Phoebe (Whitehorse) Whitebuffalo, was born June 14, 1955 at Clinton, OK.
She died Wednesday, June 12, 2013 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 57 years.
She was raised in Seiling where she attended Seiling School. Later, she received her GED at Ft. Sill Indian School. She also attended the Chicago School of Nursing. She worked as a homemaker for her family, as well as working at the Yukon Nursing Home and Indian Health Services in El Reno.
She is survived by one son, Willis Yackeschi of Tulsa, two daughters Trish Yackeschi and Narcissa Hoof of Tulsa, five grandchildren, one sister, LaFreda Whitebuffalo of Oklahoma City and a half sister, Patricia Hernandez of Broken Arrow, besides several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one granddaughter, four brothers and two sisters.
