January 14, 1975 ~ August 9, 2025

Michiel Luke White III, also known to many as FatCat, a devoted husband, loving father, and skilled mechanic, passed away on August 9, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born on January 14, 1975, in Tulsa, he dedicated his life to his family and his passions, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew him.

Throughout his life, Michiel was known for his enthusiasm for drag racing and automotive work. A talented mechanic, he relished the challenge of building motors and taking on car projects. He owned and operated his own mechanic shop known as FatCat Motorsports. His expertise in the field earned him respect and admiration within the racing community, where he cultivated many friendships and shared countless memorable moments. He was well-regarded for his ability to always have a plan. Michiel's legacy of love for family, passion for racing, and knack for mechanics will be remembered fondly and with great affection by all who had the privilege to know him.

Above all, Michiel cherished his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, ReAnna White, with whom he shared a home, and four sons: Jackson Craig of Tulsa, OK, as well as Harley, Laramie, and Deacon White, all of the home; and brother, Joshua White, and his wife, Jennifer, of Verdigris, Oklahoma.

Michiel is preceded in death by his parents, Michiel White II and Connie (Welch) White, as well as his son, Michiel White IV.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at Westside Holiness Church with Reverend Thomas Smith and Brother Carl Parson officiating.
