Debra Kay (Newlin) White
September 17, 1956 - May 14, 2014

Debra Kay White, lifelong resident of the Ponca City community, passed Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was 57 years of age.

Debra was born September 17, 1956 in Ponca City, the daughter of J.T. Newlin and Barbara Kay Hatten Newlin. She attended Garfield Elementary, East Jr. High, Ponca City High School, Northern Oklahoma CollegeTonkawa and completed the Pioneer VoTech Nursing Program.

She worked in the medical profession as an LPN both in Ponca City and Pawhuska. She was married to Tomas White on March 2, 1991 in Ponca City. Debra loved life and her enjoyments included spending time with her family and friends, riding horses and Sunday dinners with family.

She is survived by her husband, Tom, of the home four children, Kurt Crowder and wife Tawnya, of Ponca City, Cassie Hammond and husband Reno, of Cleveland, Oklahoma, Clint White and wife Jenny, of Ponca City and Kyle Crowder and wife April, of Ponca City one brother, David Newlin of Ponca City eleven grandchildren, Corbin, Destiny, Kierstin, Timber, MacKenze, Trinity, Jonathan, Dalton, Ashtyn, Hayden and Madison numerous other extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents one sister, Della Newlin and one grandson, Cutter Hammond.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 24, 2014 at the family home, 510 Indian Springs Road in rural Osage County. Anyone that ever called Debra mom has a special invitation to her memorial service. Memorial arrangements were entrusted to Grace Memorial Chapel.
