Memorial services for Carole "Kay" White, 60, of Chickasha, Okla., will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 25, 2004, at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Chickasha.

Carole "Kay" White died on Thursday, Jan. 22, 2004, in Chickasha.

Carole "Kay" (Duncan) White

January 27, 1943 ~ January 22, 2004

Carole "Kay" White, age 60, of Chickasha, died January 22, 2004, in Chickasha, Oklahoma. She was born January 27, 1943, in Salem, Ill. to Ray E. Duncan and Autry (Blackwell) Duncan.

Kay grew up and attended high school in Stroud, Oklahoma, where she met and married her husband of 39 years, George A. White. Kay was the loving mother of 2 sons, Bradley and Brian, and adopted son, Terry. Kay and George have resided in Chickasha for the past 25 years.

Kay is survived by her husband, George, of the home; son Bradley of Lewisville, TX; son Brian of Yukon, OK; adopted son, Terry of Bellevue, NE; and parents Ray and Autry Duncan of Chickasha, formerly of Stroud, OK; and many loving friends throughout Chickasha and the world.

Memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 25, at 2 p.m. at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, located on 6th and Kansas in Chickasha, OK. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the charity of their choice.
