ENID - Memorial service for Craig Allen Wetherington, 57, of Enid, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 15, 2013, at First Baptist Church, with Pastor Keith Miller officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. today at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Cremation will be under the direction of the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Craig was born Dec. 29, 1955, in Bath, Maine, the son of Norman and Christine Fogg Wetherington and died Tuesday, June 11, 2013, at St. Mary?s Regional Medical Center.

He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving during Desert Storm.

He was united in marriage to Sandra Estabrook May 3, 1975, in Maine.

During his 18-year career in the Air Force he served as a safety manager for Flight Lines, Space Launch Facilities and for Ground and Weapons Systems.

He enjoyed spending time in his workshop and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra; two sons, Paul Wetherington and wife Jaclyn of Spring, Texas, and Kevin Wetherington and wife Elizabeth of Richardson, Texas; five grandchildren, Michael Partridge, Alan Roundtree, Krystine Wetherington, Connor and William Wetherington; sister, Joyce Morse of Bath, Maine; and brother, Dennis Wetherington of El Paso, Texas.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, The Safety Office of Vance Air Force Base, Aaron Betts and Sharrie Ballard for their support during this time.

Memorial contributions may be made to Oklahoma Medical research Foundation, diabetes division, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
