Allan Lee Westfall passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at his home at the age of 71. Allan was born on March 2, 1948 in Childress, Texas to James and Eula Ray (Slaton) Westfall.
After high school graduation, Allan proudly served his county in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict until his honorable discharge. Allan worked as a mechanic and truck driver. He married Diana Lynn Lokey on March 10, 1984. They were blessed with 30 years together until her death in 2014. Allan was always a talker and never met a stranger. He knew how to make an impression. There was always a story to be told about his many adventures and would tell them to anyone willing to listen. He will be greatly missed by many but will live on in our memories.
Allan was preceded in death by his wife; parents and sister, Trena Westfall.
Allan is survived by his children and significant others, Shane Westfall (Michell Trahan), Paula Westfall (Austin Daniel), Jamie Westfall (James Sutton), Kim Kidwell and Kelli Westfall; bonus daughters, Ashley Reed and Holly Salazar; brothers, Mike Westfall and wife Jean and Jimmy Westfall and wife Sondra; sister, Karen Lanhan and husband Greg; numerous grandchildren and extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Friday, January 31, 2020 at
Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery
in Gainesville, TX with Austin Daniel, James Sutton, Jeromiah Wiley, Randy
Lokey, Herman Lokey, Quint Westfall and Marvin Green Jr. serving as
pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Thursday
evening from 6-8 PM. Condolences can be sent to the family at
