Billy Gene West, Jr., aka, Wild Bill, 62, of Blanchard, died Thursday, November 21, 2019, in Norman. The son of Billy Gene West and Wanda Joyce (Davis) West, he was born November 1, 1957 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
He graduated from Blanchard High School in 1975. Billy and Debra Kay Wilson were married on February 4, 1977 and they made their home in Blanchard. Billy was very proud to be the only grandchild married by his Grandpa West. He enjoyed watching OU Football with his friend, Johnny, listening to music, and going fishing. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his dad, Billy Gene West.
He is survived by his wife, Debra West; three daughters, Kandi West and Rance, Lisa West and Jason, Kylee West and Andy; nine grandchildren, Jaylen, Alan, Jordan, Mia, Mya, Jameson, Skyler, Gavin, and Jadyn; his mom, Wanda Jordan and his stepdad, Gary; three sisters, Kim Vittitow and her husband, Darren, Christy Morris and her husband, Tony, Netta Mote and her husband, Randy; stepmom, Ruby Jo West; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews; and many other loved ones and friends.
Memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 29, 2019, at 3:00 P.M. at Woodland Hills Baptist Church with Pastor Bruce Christian officiating.
