Donna was born October 16, 1966 to John and Shirley Goforth in Stillwater, Ok. She grew up in Perkins, Ok with her sister, Julie Goforth and brothers, Rick and Chris Goforth. Donna attended school in Perkins and then Oklahoma State University.
Donna married James Wells on November 21, 1997. James would claim it was the 22nd. Only because he probably forgot.
Donna excelled at any task she set her mind to and worked in multiple areas throughout her life. But the one she was most gifted and devoted to was raising her three boys, Brandon, Grayson, and Cade.
She finally got a little girl to spoil with the birth of grand daughter, Charlotte that she took every opportunity to play Barbie and do "girlie" things with. Grandson Johnny Waylon soon joined. She had plenty of experience raising "boys" and enjoyed every moment with them.
Donna loved time with family, travelling, worked endlessly in her flower beds around the family home, and taking pictures. There was always a conversation about Donna never being in the picture because she insisted on taking all the photos.
Donna was a magnetic personality and always brightened everyone's spirits. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, and friend. She didn't know a stranger and will be missed by all.
Donna is survived by her husband, James Wells; sons, Brandon Binford and wife, Traci of Golden, CO; Grayson Wells and Cade Wells of Perkins; grandchildren Charlotte and Johnny Waylon Binford of Golden, CO; parents, John and Shirley Goforth; sister, Julie Goforth; brother, Rick Goforth and wife Stacy; nephews, Cody Goforth and wife, Alix, and Aaron Goforth; one niece, Lilly Goforth.
Donna is preceded in death by her brother, Chris Goforth.
