Nancy (Minter) Welch

September 13, 1957 ~ July 5, 2025

Nancy Minter Welch, 67, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2025.

Born September 13, 1957, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Nancy grew up there and graduated from College High School before earning her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Oklahoma. She later returned to Bartlesville, where she was an active member of Bartlesville First Baptist Church, singing in the church choir and sharing her faith with others.

Nancy loved dogs, reading, and spending time with her family. Her warmth, kindness, and faith left a lasting impact on all who knew her.

She is survived by her two children, Spencer Gordon Welch and wife Allison Altemus Welch, and Julie Auger and husband Ryan Auger; her sister, Marilyn Minter; her brother, George Minter and wife Debbie Minter; and her nephew, Christopher Minter and wife Kristen Minter. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd George Minter and Betty Edwards Minter.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Nancy’s honor to the LYDIA Ministry at Bartlesville First Baptist Church
