Joyce Coleen Welch
August 28, 1943 ~ November 30, 2020 (age 77)

Joyce Welch, 77, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away November 30, 2020, in Duncan. She was born August 28, 1943, in Ryan, Oklahoma, the daughter of Floydene Welch and A.B. Ingram.

A Celebration of Life honoring Joyce will be held on Saturday, December 5, at 4:00 P.M. at the Commerce Building, 112 West Cleveland, Electra, Texas, with Zack Crane officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home.

Joyce loved going to the Sonic with her sister, Donna, shopping at Wal-Mart, and eating at Denny's every payday. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her little baby, Brownie. She also loved going to the casino.

She is survived by her sister, Donna Allen; brothers: Edwin Ingram and Jerry McLaughlin; four daughters: Joy Nelson, Charlene Murphy, Patricia Dean, Christene Dutton; four sons: Bobby Nelson, Billy Nelson, William McLaughlin, Dale McLaughlin; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Floydene Welch and A.B. Ingram; and two brothers, Junior McLaughlin and Jesse McLaughlin.
