Ronald Lynn Weir
November 20, 1951 ~ October 04, 2019

Ronald Lynn Weir was born November 20, 1951 to Edwin and Ida May Weir in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He departed this life October 4, 2019 surrounded by his family at the age of 67 years.

He graduated high school in Raton, New Mexico. He retired from AT&T as a service technician. He enjoyed fishing, building things with his hands and working. His children were his pride and joy.

He is survived by two daughters, Robbie Thornton and husband Ritchie of Bristow, Lala Fisher and husband Austin of Texas; one son, Levi Paul Weir of Oklahoma City; three siblings, Wes Weir and wife Karlene of Bristow, Shirley Porter of Guthrie and Lynda Parsons and husband Clyde of Bristow; four grandchildren, Seth Mangum, Kyler Thornton, Kamryn Thornton and Riley Mangum. He was preceded in death by his parents, two siblings, Donnie Weir and Sharon Sorrell.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 7, 2019 from 5:00PM – 8:00PM at Hutchins Maples Matherly Funeral Home. Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00PM, Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at the Trinity Baptist Church with Reverend John Tidwell officiating.
