Deborah Diane "Debby" Weir, 67 year old Vici resident, died Thursday, November 23, 2017 in Woodward. The family will receive friends at the Woodward Church of Christ on Monday, November 27, 2017 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
Deborah Diane (Duncan) Weir was born on November 19, 1950 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Raymond Riley and Avis Ethel (Brittain) Duncan. She grew up in Woodward and graduated from Woodward High School. She was united in marriage to Marvin G. Weir on August 16, 1967 at the Fifth Street Church of Christ in Woodward, Oklahoma. They made their first home in Woodward before moving to Sharon where they have resided since that time.
Debby was a pre-school teacher and worked at Head Start. She loved helping others, especially children. She loved to go on sightseeing drives with Marvin. She loved spending time with her family especially her children and grandchildren.
She was a member of the Woodward Church of Christ.
Survivors include two sons, Barton Weir and wife Kelly of Laverne, J.C. Weir and fiancée Stacy Booth of Blanca, Colorado; one daughter, Robin Weir and husband Phillip Oines of Brier, Washington; two grandchildren, Jared and Jaden; one brother, David Duncan and wife Barbara of Houston, Texas; one sister Dana Bowers and husband Robert of Altus, Oklahoma; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Avis Duncan and her husband Marvin Weir on October 9, 2017.
