Frieda (Borth) Weidner

November 11, 1921 ~ October 6, 2006

The funeral for Frieda Borth Weidner, 84, of Follett, Texas, will be 2 PM today at United Methodist Church, Shattuck. Gene Land, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Follett. Arrangements are by Mason Funeral Home, Shattuck.

She was born November 11, 1921, in Okeene to Abraham and Martha Nusz Borth and died Friday, October 6, 2006, in Shattuck.

She married Otto Weidner June 23, 1942. She was a beauty operator in Follett for 34 years. She was a member of St. Paul Congregational Church in Shattuck.

Surviving are two sons, Woodrow Weidner of Elk Point, South Dakota, and Garth Weidner of Follett; stepmother, Beata Borth of Shattuck; four grandchildren; and seven great – grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Otto, one brother and one great – grandson.
