Sharon Bernice Webb

September 4, 1942 ~ October 12, 2020

Sharon Bernice Webb, 78-year-old Overbrook resident, passed away Monday, October 12, 2020 at the Oklahoma Veterans Center in Ardmore. Due to COVID-19 concerns, there are no services scheduled at this time.

Sharon was born September 4, 1942 in Ardmore to Riley Gue Webb and Elveta Ozell Brewer Webb-Faulkenberry. She grew up in Love County and attended schools at Meadowbrook and Turner. She went on to further her education at Murray State College and Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Sharon served her country for three years as a nurse in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era and later worked as a typist for the Daily Oklahoman. She was a devoted Christian and a faithful churchgoer who spent the last five years of her life at the Oklahoma Veterans Center where she received excellent, professional, and loving care.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include a sister, Janet Robinson; brother, Steve Webb; and niece, Tina Pyles.
