PANHANDLE - L.R. "Buddy" Webb, 69, died Tuesday, March 12, 2002, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in First United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Panhandle Cemetery by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Mr. Webb lived for 43 years in the Panhandle area. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Panhandle, Panhandle Road Riders and Christian Motorcycle Association.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Olan Webb in 1995.
Survivors include his wife, Nelda; four daughters, Janell Britten of Melissa, Janene Sherman and Janette Zamora and husband, Gilbert, all of Amarillo, and Janece Harvey and husband, Charles, of Conway; four brothers, Leroy Webb of Mansfield, Orval Webb of Aztec, N.M., Marvin Webb of Amarillo and Odell Webb of Quanah; five sisters, Margaret Oldham of Fort Sumner, N.M., Erma Harkey of West Point, Calif., Arline Darrow of Hastings, Okla., Freda Briscoe of Dallas and Lynda Harris of Amarillo; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
