Kenneth was the son of Marvin Dock Webb and Elsie Juanita (Deela) Webb born on April 9, 1949 in Anthony, Kansas. After living and going to school in Attica, Kansas, Kenneth and his parent’s family moved to Kiowa. While living in Kiowa he attended Kiowa elementary and high school. After leaving high school, he joined the U.S. Army attending basic training in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. After living in several cities and towns across Kansas he returned to Kiowa to assist caring for his parents.
