Elmer Lee Weaver was born January 3, 1941 to Eugene and Janie Weaver in San Angelo, Texas. He departed this life June 1, 2024 at the age of 83 years.
Lee attended school in Tulsa at Will Rogers High School. February 4, 1959, Lee enlisted with the United States Air Force. With fulfilment of his duties, he was honorably discharged December 3, 1962. Lee and his wife Helen spent nearly 30 years together. He worked diligently supporting his family woodworking as well as restoring antique furniture. Clocks and antique radios would often find their way to him for repair. Lee was a storyteller at heart and enjoyed sharing his life experiences. Above all, he had a giving heart.
Lee is survived by his two daughters, Vicki Wilson and husband Larry, Jeanie Pharis and husband Bill; five grandchildren, Joseph Hill, Jessica Evans, Laura Wilson, Kara Wilson and Daniel Wilson as well as, nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Ray and Rob Weaver. A celebration of Life Service will be held 10:00 am, Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Bristow Christian Center.
