Newkirk - Randy Weathers, 66, beloved father, brother, and husband, was called to his eternal resting place on April 24, 2023 at his home in Newkirk, Oklahoma. He entered this world on January 29, 1957 in Russell, KS, born to Glenn Weathers and Patricia Gentry.
He grew up in Russell and Newkirk, and eventually made his permanent home in Newkirk. Randy was a heating and air technician for over 30 years until his retirement. In his free time, Randy enjoyed drag racing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Those left behind to cherish Randy's memory are his daughter Allegra Myers and her children Landon and Benna Myers of Seminole, Oklahoma; his mother, Patricia Gentry of Newkirk, Oklahoma; his sister Cheri Dunn of Peckham, Oklahoma; his girlfriend Karen Sherman and her four children: EJ Strother, Tyler Strother, Ashley Beatty, and Courtney Strother.
He was preceded in death by his father, Glenn Weathers; stepmother Wilma Weathers; stepfather Roy Gentry; brother Clint Gentry; sister Shelly Gentry; two sons, Cecil and Jeremy Weathers; grandfather Cecil Christian; and uncle Bob Case.
