Shirley Lucille (Gilbert) Wayman

October 24, 1932 ~ February 10, 2015

Shirley Lucille Gilbert Wayman, 82, passed away in Oklahoma City. She was born in Anthony, Kan., the only daughter of C.E. and Inez (Burk) Gilbert.

She moved to Oklahoma City in 2003, but lived most of her life in Enid, Okla.

She was baptized in 2007, and considered Trinity International Baptist Church her home church. She loved John Wayne, western movies and country music. She also enjoyed horses and barrel racing. She cherished her family, especially all of her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Dennis, Deryl and Richard.

She is survived by her children, Steven Roberson, Richard Roberson (Barbara), Darla Lorance (Joe), Darryl Roberson (Mari), Ellen Moore (Craig), Shawna Cornish, and Jacquetta Perry (Brett); brother, Leon Gilbert (Vada); 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and many dear friends.
