Lillian May (Krause) Watts
January 31, 1927 ~ July 27, 2017

Lillian May (Bese) Watts passed away on July 27, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 90. 

Lillian Watts was born on January 31, 1927 in Goessel, Kansas to Jacob "Jake" and Christine (Unruh) Krause and lived in Kansas until August 1937 when the family moved to Eastern Oklahoma. She received her high school education at the Oklahoma Bible Academy in Meno, Oklahoma and graduated in 1945.

She was united in marriage to Floyd Bese of Enid, Oklahoma in January of 1947. A son and 2 daughters were born to them during their marriage. They moved to and lived in Wichita, Kansas from 1956 to August 1960 at which time they moved to Guthrie, Oklahoma. This marriage ended in March of 1980.

In March of 1983 Lillian married Terry Dresbach of Guthrie, Oklahoma formerly of St. Louis, Michigan. This marriage ended in December 1991.

Lillian worked in various jobs in Oklahoma through her adult years until she retired from the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture on March 31, 1992. After her retirement, she spent summers in Buffalo, Wyoming. There Lillian met Edward Watts in August 1993. They were united in marriage in July 1994 in Billings, Montana and made their home in Buffalo, Wyoming.

She leaves to mourn, a son, Max and wife Linda Bese, of Drummound, Oklahoma, Two daughters, Rita Scheihing and husband James, Niki Powell all of Guthrie, Oklahoma, a stepdaughter, Rebecca Spellman and husband Bob of Arvada, Wyoming, two step sons, William Watts of San Francisco, California and Edward Watts of Gillette, Wyoming; 11 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great Great Grandchildren, 2 brothers, Marlin Krause of Durango, Colorado and Wally Krause of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Lillian was preceded in death by her husband Edward, her parents and three brothers, Norman Krause of Portland, Oregon, Lawrence Krause of Corpus Christi, Texas and Orval Krause of Wichita, Kansas.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 4, 2017 at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel with Gene Owen officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made in Lillian (Krause) Watts Memory to the Oklahoma Bible Academy Tuition Fund, c/o Hayes Funeral Home, 117 E. Noble, Guthrie, OK 73044.
