Barry Lee Watson

Barry Lee Watson
November 15, 1951 ~ July 26, 2023

Barry Lee Watson, of Prague, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday, July 26th 2023 at the age of 71. Barry was born on November 15, 1951 in Riverside, California. He was the son of Woody and Bess (Anderson) Watson. Barry grew up in Yucca Valley, California. Barry was a very skilled and talented bass and guitar player. He loved to play music and to entertain. Barry worked for many years as a chef in numerous restaurants around California. Barry moved from California to Oklahoma in 2011 to be closer to his daughter, Hannah. Barry was known and loved for his great sense of humor, his kind spirit and his passion for taking care of others.

Barry was preceded in death by his parents and his son-in-law, John Saragosa.

He is survived by two daughters, Christine Saragosa and Hannah John and her husband, Jason; his son, Alfred Watson; five grandchildren, Shelby Watson, Amy Longerbeam, Lily Barnes, Ethan John and McKenna Saragosa; three great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
