James Odell Warren

April 4, 1929 ~ May 28, 2009

James O. Warren, 80, of Choctaw, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, May 28, 2009 in Norman, Oklahoma at the Veteran's center. He was born April 8, 1929 in Trinidad, Colorado to Joseph and Betty (Davis) Warren.

James enjoyed building, gardening and woodworking and often shared his talents and helping hand to those around him.

He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a family man.

James was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by: his wife of 54 years, Winnie Sue (Scoggin) Warren; son, Michael Warren and wife Janet; daughter, Cindy Speir and husband Mark; 3 granddaughters: Angie Cloer and husband Scott, Ashley Thomas and husband Rocky and Amber Conner and husband Floyd; 5 great grandchildren: Macy, Campbell, Cade, Creed, Carson; brother, Davis; sisters: Margie and Betty Jo along with a host of other relatives and dear friends.
