Audrey Fern Ward

Arrangements are pending at Whitehurst Loyd Funeral Service for Audrey Ward, a Porterville resident who died Tuesday in a local hospital following a long illness.

A graveside services is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Friday at Hillcrest Memorial Park for Audrey Fern Ward, 91, who died Wednesday following a short illlness. The Rev. Jonathan Rainbow of First Baptist Chruch in Porterville will officiate.

Mrs. Ward was born in McClouth, Kansas and lived in Porterville for 50 years. She was a psychiatric technician at Porterville Developmental Center for eight years. She was a member of First Baptist Chruch in Porterville.

Survivors include one daughter, Geraldine Baldwin of Porterville; three sisters, Dorothy Baker of Oklahoma City, Doris Zimmer of Edmond, Oklahoma and Gladys King of Emporia, Kansas; one grandchild and three great grandchildren.

Whitehurst Loyd Funeral Service is in charge of arrangments.
