Eula Mae Walston

May 1, 1915 - June 21, 1991

Services for Eula Mae Walston, 76, Healdton, were at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the First Baptist Church of Lone Grove. Rev. Morgan Ashworth officiated.

Mrs. Walston was born May 1, 1915, at Enville and died June 21, 1991, in an Ardmore hospital after a short illness. She was the daughter of Robert Guy and Celie Colvin Milliken.

Mrs. Walston was raised at Enville and married Aubrey Clinton Walston there April 3, 1935. For many years they lived at Enville and Marietta. Mr. And Mrs. Walston later moved to Wilson and had lived in the Wilson-Healdton area for the past 35 years.

Mrs. Walston is survived by a daughter, Mary Ann Holdman of Turpin; a daughter and son-in-law, Arlene and J.L. Roberts of Wilson; four sisters, Rena Bright of Healdton, Irene Walker of Ft. Worth, Texas, Betty Walker of Wilson, and Juanita Conway of Lone Grove; a brother, Villard Milliken of Ft. Worth; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Walston was preceded in death by her husband on May 16, 1978; and a brother, Horace Milliken in June 1959.

Interment in Hewitt Cemetery, Wilson, was under the direction of Alexander Funeral Home, Wilson. Serving as casket bearers were nephews, O.D. Bright, Ronnie Walker, Larry Conway, Willie Conway, Marvin Conway, and Charlie Conway.
