Frances Sue Waller, a loving homemaker and devoted member of her community, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at the age of 83.
Frances was born on December 1, 1941, in Tina, Missouri, to the late Dee Alexander Mantzey and Lois Marie (Welker) Mantzey. She was a devoted Lutheran throughout her life, finding comfort and strength in her faith.
Frances married her husband, Lloyd Waller, on February 23, 1991, in Tacoma, Washington. They settled in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and celebrated 34 beautiful years together. Frances dedicated her life to her family as a full-time homemaker, ensuring her home was a place of warmth and love.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Frances will be dearly missed by her devoted husband, Lloyd Waller, and all who knew and loved her.
