Jodi was born in Durant, Ok on January 17th, 1978 to Joe and Dorthina (Dottie) Prentice (Morrison). Jodi passed from her earthly body just a few hours before her 45th birthday.

Jodi grew up in Durant and Checotah. She met Ronald (RJ) Waldo in 1991. They married in 1996. Shortly before this union, their daughter Sabrina Kay was born in 1995. Sabrina was the light of their life and Jodi's world. In 2019, Sabrina and her partner George gave Jodi a beautiful granddaughter, Brooklyn Marie. Brooklyn and Jodi had a relationship so very special. Jodi absolutely loved being a grandma. Jodi also enjoyed all of her nieces and nephews and was a loving, caring, and fun aunt.
