Sandra Jean (Bryce) Voyles

???? ~ September 3, 2007 | Age 60

Sandra Jean Voyles, 60, was born in Richmond, California, to Betty (Hanley) and Russell Bryce, She died in Oklahoma City on Monday, September 3.

Sandra grew up in Richmond and graduated from Richmond High School. She and Kenneth Dale Voyles were married in 1970 in Reno, Nevada. They came to Anadarko where they raised their children. Sandra obtained her Practical Nursing license after graduating from the Caddo~Kiowa Vo~Tech school, and at the time of her death was taking on-line courses with Colorado Tech. She worked at several nursing homes in Anadarko, Chickasha and Oklahoma City. She worked at the Anadarko Walmart for 10 years. While in Anadarko, she attended the Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed reading, cards, camping and fishing, and taking care of her pets.

Preceding her in death were her parents; one brother, Robert Bryce and her husband, who died October 24, 2002. Survivors include one daughter, Judy Sutalo Simpson and her husband Jeff of Carrollton, Georgia; two sons, Michael Voyles and wife Denise of Anadarko; and David Voyles of Chickasha; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; her special friend, Chris Snelson of Chickasha; two sisters, Leslie Klonowski and husband Bill of Chickasha; and Margaret Carranza and husband Jesse of Oklahoma City; an aunt, Margaret Cecil of Oklahoma City, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 5, at 10:00 A.M., in the Steverson Funeral Chapel in Anadarko. Condolences may be sent to the family via e-mail to steversonfuneralhome@netride.net
