Stanley Lewis Vickrey of Apache, OK

Was born December 3, 1934 on the family farm at Boone, OK to William Lewis and Laura Etta (Godfrey) Vickrey. He passed away April 18th at his home, west of Apache, at the age of 82.

Stanley worked as a farmer and rancher all his life. Raising his own hay and wheat, he also did custom combining for several years. He was married twice, to his first wife, his two older daughters, Marla and Brenda were born. Later he remarried, and his son and daughter, Robert and Laura, were born. Stanley enjoyed hunting and fishing. He would also take his family camping. He belonged to a 4-wheeler club and could be found drinking coffee with 'the guys' most mornings and afternoons.

Stanley is survived by:

1 son and his wife-
Robert Joseph and Crystal Vickrey Miami, OK

3 daughters-
Marla Schouten Houston, TX
Brenda and husband, David Farrar Plano, TX
Laura and husband Andre Bishop Erbendorf, Germany

5 grandchildren-
Andrea Schuman, Kori Eichhorn, Alexandra Vickrey, Elizabeth Vickrey, Carli Watson

3 great-grandchildren-
Alyssa Schuman, Kyra Schuman, Trenton Eichhorn

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under Crews Funeral Home.
