Fannie was born and raised in Oklahoma and resided in Bakersfield for over 50 years.
She is survived by her children Gerald Boutelier and wife Debbie; Carol Parker and husband Richie; Ronald Boutelier; Beverly Vieyra and husband Randy. She is also survived by her grandchildren, who gave her the most pride and joy in her life, Samantha, April, and Alex Bone; Barbie, Misty and Kasie Boutelier; Jeremy Byers and wife Judi; Krystal Byers; Seth Parker; her great-granddaughter Julieann Byers; and her step-granddaughters Sabrina and Marina Vieyra.
Fannie was a very unselfish person, who always worried about everyone else but herself. She showed love and kindness to everyone she met. She always wanted the best for her family one of her biggest joys in life was giving whatever she could to her grandchildren, even if it was a jar of instant coffee to one of her oldest grandchildren. She was a huge part of all of our lives and will be missed dearly. We will especially miss her daily phone calls and news updates. She is now free and her suffering has ended. She can now look down upon us and smile because she can see us again with her bright blue eyes. We love you, Grandma.
