Henry Carl "Hank" Van Klaveren
November 7, 1936 ~ December 6, 2020

Henry (Hank) Van Klaveren, 84 year old Woodward resident passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020. Memorial services will be at 12:00 pm on Friday, December 11, 2020 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel.

Henry (Hank) Carl Van Klaveren was born in the Netherlands on November 7, 1936. The son of Karel Hendrik and Jansje Marie (VanIterson) Van Klaveren. Henry grew up in the Netherlands. Their family immigrated to Grand Rapids, Michigan in December of 1951. Henry finished his schooling in Grand Rapids.

Henry married Joann Tucek on August 25, 1956. Hank and Joann lived in Grand Rapids where he worked in the grocery business. They moved to Kalamazoo, Michigan in 1964, where they raised their five children. Hank spent most of his life in the grocery business. The family moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1977, where he continued in the grocery business until he retired in 2000. Hank and Joann moved to Woodward, Oklahoma in 2008 to be closer to their daughters.

Hank is survived by his wife, Joann of the home; son, Rick Van Klaveren and wife Stacey of Granger, Indiana, daughter, Renee Cudd of Woodward; son, Bruce Van Klaveren and wife Torey of Scottsdale, Arizona; son, Brian Van Klaveren and wife Rene of Albuquerque, New Mexico; daughter, Lori Reddoch of Woodward, eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren; other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Betty Kleinjan, brother, Jan Van Klaveren, and son-in-law, Bobby Joe Cudd.
