Dennis David Urban, 69, of Bartlesville, OK, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021. Dennis was born March 4, 1952 in Springfield, PA, preceded in death by his daughter Andrea Summer Urban and parents Andrew Mienhart and Helen Rita (Grace) Urban.
He joined the United States Air Force right after High School and specialized in air traffic control.
He married G. Jolayne (Burpo) and they celebrated 43 years of marriage this year.
He worked in the car sales and finance business for over 30 years, retiring from Bartlesville CDJ in May. Dennis was involved in the Boy Scouts of America, the Knights of Columbus and was a faithful member of the St. John Before the Latin Gate Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Jolayne. His oldest son Cory David Urban and wife Candy and their four children, Ashley, Brittany, Josh and Chasity. Middle son, Dennis Andrew Urban, Alise Carter and daughters, Cassidy and Kyleigh. Youngest son, Sean Derek Urban and wife Amy Urban and daughters, Lillian, Adalyn and Gracelyn. Brothers Andrew Urban, Richard Urban and wife Annette, Michael Urban and wife Helene.
A funeral mass at St. John Before the Latin Gate Catholic Church will
take place on Saturday, August 7 11:00AM.
In lieu of flowers Dennis
requested that donations be made to Boy Scout Troop 5.
