Memorial services for Mrs. Marilyn W. Underkofler will be at 10 AM Wednesday in the Chapel of the Henninger - Allen Funeral Home with Dr. Lloyd H. Lambert officiating. Cremation will follow the Memorial service.
Mrs. Underkofler was born October 9, 1932 in Enid and graduated from high school here in 1950. She also attended Oklahoma State University.
The former Marilyn Watts, she was married to Capt. Donald Underkofler December 10, 1952, in Enid. They lived in various places until his death in 1961. She made her home in Tucson, Arizona, where she worked for the Hughes Aircraft and ran the Tucson office of the POW � MIA.
Mrs. Underkofler had recently returned to Enid to make her home with her mother, due to ill health. She died early Sunday in a local hospital.
Mrs. Underkofler was a member of the First Free Evangelical Church in Tucson.
Surviving Mrs. Underkofler are her children, Donald Bruce Underkofler I I, Tustin, California, John Floyd Underkofler, Carla Ann Underkofler and Mrs. Kent (Mary) Trader, all of Tucson; her mother, Mrs. Cecil Watts of Enid and a brother, Glen D. Watts, Wichita, Kansas. Her father, Carl H. Watts died in 1974.
Memorials may be made to the Bass Baptist Hospital, Cancer Research or to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Cancer Division.
