Darryel Tygart, 77, of Pink, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022 at his home.
He was born September 6, 1944 to Henry and Mary Lou (Blankenship) Tygart in Cinderella, West Virginia.
Darryel was raised in Lick Creek, West Virginia and Tulsa, Oklahoma. He lived most of his life in Norco, California, moving to Pink, Oklahoma when he retired in 1999.
He married Marguerite Ann Holladay on September 15, 1962 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on October 27, 2019.
Darryel was an avid golfer, loved music, reading sci-fi and political books, and enjoyed putting around his yard on his mower. His family was the focal point of life.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marguerite Ann Tygart; and his parents.
Survivors include 2 sons, Vincent Lee and Melony of Hubert, N.C., and Frank Henry Tygart of San Diego, CA; 2 daughters, Jody Ann Tygart of Pink, OK and Sherry Lee and Michael White of Killeen, TX; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Bob Tygart, Larry Tygart and Johnny Tygart; and other extended family and friends.
Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh. Darryel Tygart, 77, of Pink, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022 at his home.
