Kitty Lou (Cullum) Tubby, a Coalgate resident, was born on March 28, 1955, to Elvin Cullum Jr and Geraldine Marie (Vanzant) Preston, at Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She passed away on January 12, 2024 at Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 68 years, 9 months and 15 days. Kitty graduated from Coalgate High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree from East Central University. She was a registered nurse retiring in 2009. Kitty liked to read, travel and go diving. She enjoyed playing pool and Scattergories.
