He is preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Opal; wife, Shirley; 2 daughters, Cynthia and Tina; son-in-law, Michael Skoda; Grandsons, Austin Skoda, Juan Chavez; 3 sisters; and 5 brothers.

A special thank you to the Doctors at Pulmonology Associates of Enid, especially Dr. Brian Whitson, Nurse Terry Chester, Staff at Integris Bass, Staff at Hospice Circle of Love, especially his Nurse Terri, and Aide Bridgett.
