Scotty Otto Trout

July 16, 1971 ~ November 21, 1990

Scotty Otto Trout was born July 16, 1971 in Elk City, Oklahoma and passed away November 21, 1990 in Reydon, Oklahoma, at the age of 19 years, 4 months and 5 days.

Scott, the son of Sherman Otto and Charlotte Fay Trout, lived in Cheyenne a short time before moving to Reydon. He attended Reydon Public School where he was active in Future Farmers of America. He graduated from Reydon High School in 1990.

Scotty's main interest lay in roping through he had begun to ride bare back and he also loved to dance.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Reydon.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandfathers.

He is survived by his parents, Sherman and Charlotte of Reydon, Oklahoma; a sister and brother-in-law, Anita and Greg Wilson of Hammon, Oklahoma; paternal grandmother, Rossie Trout of Reydon, Oklahoma; maternal grandmother, Miona Clift, also of Reydon; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Saturday, November 24, 1990 at 10:00 a.m. in the Reydon Community Building with Eddie Overstreet and James Gebhart officiating.

Burial followed in the Mobeetie Cemetery with Rose Chapel Funeral Service of Cheyenne in charge of arrangements.
