Nora Ethel (Wreath) Triplett

Nora Ethel (Wreath) Triplett
December 11, 1922 ~ May 02, 2016

Nora Ethel (Wreath) Triplett, of Mutual, passed from this life on Monday, May 2, 2016 at Grace Living Center in Woodward at the age of 93 years, 4 months, and 21 days.

Nora was born to William Leroy and Frona (Tingler) Wreath on December 11, 1922 in Mutual, Oklahoma. She was raised there attending Mutual Schools, and was a lifelong member of the Mutual Christian Church.

She married Arvin Leroy Triplett, and to this union four sons were born. Nora took great pride in being a mother, and was always happiest when spending time with her family. She also liked caring for the animals on the farm, and particularly loved her horses. Nora was also an outgoing Christian woman. Over the years, she used a lot of her time to help with the church including missions, Sunday school, lighting the candles, and preparing meals. She was steadfast in her faith, and kept herself on a study schedule that had her reading through the entire bible two times a year.

In addition to her parents, Nora was preceded in death by two brothers, Dave and Paul Wreath; sister, Naomi Dean Stout; son Don Triplett and an infant son.

Left to carry her legacy are three sons, Charles Triplett, Bill Triplett, and Richard Triplett; grandchildren Larry Triplett and wife Kim of Amarillo, Mike Triplett of Amarillo, Heather Triplett of Amarillo, Tim Legg and wife Vicky of Mutual, Brian Triplett and family of Amarillo, Samantha Tostenson and husband John of Charles Town, WV, and Dewayne Kibodeaux. She also had 19 great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on FRIDAY, May 6, 2016 at the Redinger Funeral Home Chapel in Seiling with Pastor Dane Looman presiding.

Memorial Donations may be made to Grace Living Center of Woodward or Faith Hospice in care of Redinger Funeral Home, Box 236, Seiling, OK 73663
