Randall Toney, 66 year old Woodward resident passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2022. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 30, 2022 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Donnetta Hunter officiating. A private family interment will be held at a later date.
Randall James Toney was born on June 9, 1956 in Pratt, Kansas; he was the son of James Edward and Betty Jo (Guthrie) Toney. Randall grew up in Preston, Kansas and Pratt, Kansas graduating from Pratt High School. He was united in marriage to Judy on June 18, 2003, they made their home in Woodward. Randy worked as a Gas Compressor and Equipment Mechanic in the oilfield for Search Drilling, Bold, Hanover, and Exterran.
Randy loved being Pop Pop to his great-grandson Kai. He enjoyed working, watching old black and white televison shows. He was always tinkering with something on his days off when he had them.
He was a member of the Woodward Moose Lodge.
Randy is survived by his wife Judy of the home; daughters, Kylee Woods and Brad Wied of Abilene, Texas; Emily Hartwell of Oklahoma City; stepchildren, Will Childers and wife Desarae of Piedmont; April Garza and Eddie Everhart; Ron Childers and wife Jaymie; Richard Childers and Sara Summeral all of Woodward; grandchildren, Preslee Carrigan and husband Cody of Camp LeJune, North Carolina; Calie Jo Woods of Abilene, Texas, Cashton Woods of Abilene, Texas, Domnic, Eddie and Graison Garza all of Woodward, Payten and Remy Childers of Woodward, Ceara Hunter and Karley Childers of Piedmont, Tayla Rogers of Florida, Michael, Kaylee, and Jacee Childers of Woodward, great-great-grandchildren, Kai, and Naomi Garza, and awaiting the arrival of Indy and Mason; family friend Victor Garza, other family and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Betty Toney, and one brother, Gregg.
